My Favorite Things 170

I love this sketch and it worked out perfectly for this card.  I made a wedding card with the tux heart for the groom and the dotted swiss heart with her veil for the bride.  Hope you enjoy!

Double duty My Favorite Things color palette challenge and Simon Says

Today I made a card for both the Simon Says birthday as they celebrate 5 years!  Happy Birthday Simon Says!!  I also used colors colors close to neutral, blu raspberry, razzle berry and gumdrop green for the My Favorite Things color palette challenge.  I used the Tim Holtz cupcake stamp from his card kit.

I love Suzy's Zoo.  This week for Mojo Monday I got my Mojo on by using yellow and green, pearls and a little duck.

Simon says anything goes with buttons

Simon says anything goes with buttons.  I used the sketch from MFTWSC 168.  I missed making a card for this challenge so I wanted to use the sketch.  It is a really fun sketch!  I used the cricut cartridge Create a Critter.  I cut the snail and special delivery.  The button is part of the shell.  I used googly eyes to finish the snail.

My Favorite Things

Hope your day is full of smiles.  I used cream and brown to complete this weeks sketch.  A little pig with a flower by her ear and big bling brings hogs and kisses to the day!

My Favorite Things Color Challenge

Yeah!  I have been thinking about how I was going to use the color's of the channenge in a card.  I decided to do a basket of flowers.  I used Kraft for the card and basket.  I hope you enjoy this spring basket of flowers!

Getting ready for Easter with Mojo Monday 336.  I used a heart punch for the bunny head.  An oval punch was used for the paws and ears.  A carrot banner was added.  Hippity Hop!!

Here is my mother's Day Card  I used pearls in the center of the O and upper right hand.  I love you Mom, you are the best!!

I decided to use the same paper for th My Favorite Things sketch challenge as I did for Mojo Monday.  I changed the stamp and used a girl graduate.

My Favorite Things sketch challenge

Oh how much fun this sketch was.  I used a scalloped circle for the background.  On the white background , I used a stitching embossing emplate.  I had a baby in the bath embossing template and highlighted the face, duck bill, and bubbles with color.  I used small punched circles for the eyes.  I cannot wait until the next baby shower! 

Simon Says use Ranger products

Tim Holtz is such a fantastic artist and I love to view his blog.  I used weathered wood and old linen distress ink on the background of this tag.  I used the vintage sewing stamps from the card kit.  On the left edge I had a embossing template to add pinking and stitching.

I had fun with this Mojo Monday sketch.  It is colorful and bright!  I added a stack of birds so all the colors in the card would be represented.  I hope you enjoy.

My Favorite Things sketch challenge.  I wanted to copy the designer and keep the card simple and clean.  I used a scallop punch,  a dimensional paper for the background and a butterfly to add spring!!

The sweetest thing

I have a lot of 50th birthdays to celebrate this year.  I decided to use the candles instead of the square on the sketch design.

Buttons and bows for this card.  I also punched a butterfly, put packing tape on the back of the card so the glitter would stick and made the butterfly sparkle!
